Welcome to the Ready to Lead program for 2025!

Leadership is not a subject that can be mastered through one course. Instead, it is a personal journey of growth and self-discovery. While we can study the traits and qualities of great leaders, becoming someone who inspires, leads and enables others to grow and develop their strengths is a unique and individual process. For more than a century, The Women’s College has seen a rich history of nurturing leadership skills and attributes, helping residents to develop into confident and capable leaders, ready to embrace all that the future holds.

The Ready To Lead Program is designed to cultivate and enhance leadership skills and attributes among participants. This program emphasises the importance of personal growth, self-awareness, and the development of qualities that define effective leaders.

Participants will engage in a variety of activities, workshops and discussions that focus on key leadership competencies such as communication, decision-making, teamwork and resilience. The program also provides opportunities for practical application through real-world projects and mentorship from experienced leaders.

By the end of the program, participants will have a deeper understanding of their own leadership style, and the confidence to inspire others and to make a positive impact in their community and beyond.

This page contains all the event information and registration links. Let’s embark on this journey together and build the leadership skills that will shape our future!
